Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to end users on enquiries to ERP software via phone / email / remote assistance.
2. Provide both on-site / off-site software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
3. Conduct product (software) training to end users.
4. Involve in ad-hoc projects and pre-implementation discussions.
5. Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner.
   

Requirements:

1. 1-2 year working experience in any industries.
2. Possess excellent communication and customer service skills with lots of patience.
3. Ability to multi-task, work independently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Fast leaner, self-motivated and good team player.
