Responsibilities:

1. Attend to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone call, or walk-in.
2. Interview and recommend suitable candidates for customers.
3. Enable and facilitate video/in-person interviews as scheduled with customers.
4. Provide pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
5. Handle customer’s complaints and provide solutions to the issues.
6. Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers.

Requirements:

1. Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) preferable.
2. Must possess at least "O" level or equivalent.
3. Required skill(s): MS Office and excellent communication skills.
4. On-the-job training will be provided.
5. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in sales.
6. Ability to speak in different language to liaise with clients will be a plus point.
