Responsibilities:

• Oversee the general maintenance and minor repairs of equipment, facilities in the Serviced Residence
• Collaborate with colleagues from different departments including Guest Service and Housekeeping to provide smooth and pleasant stay for all residents
• Perform routine preventive maintenance programme
• Perform related tasks as assigned
• Report directly to Manager or Assistant Manager
  

Requirements:

• Work Pass holders need not to apply
• 1 year of Maintenance and electrical skills (repair, painting, conduct general maintenance works such as domestic water, electrical, air conditionig and ventilation system)
• Rotating shift
• Covid-19 Management
• Willing to work in Service Apartments/SDF/GQF facilities
• Bi-weekly swab test (Requirement by MOH)
• CERT (Company Emergency Respond Team) certified an advantage (training provided)
• First Aid & AED certified an advantage (training provided)
