Responsibilities:

1. To maintain the VSAT Systems, provide support, preventive & corrective maintenance including service reports.
2. To co-ordinate maintenance activities with maintenance team. Consolidate checklists.

Requirements:

1. ITE/Diploma or the similar courses in Information Technology and Information systems.
2. Good troubleshooting skills, mainly with Microsoft technologies.
3. Fast learner, with strong analytical & conceptual skills, a creative mindset and good communication skills (present information clearly and concisely).
4. The candidate will join an existing team but will also be able to work independently with limited supervision.
5. Good written and spoken English language skills
6. Need to possess class 3 driving license. 
7. VSAT system or Triple E with IT knowledge.
8.  At least 2 years’ experience in maintaining communication systems.
