Responsibilities:

1. Manage enquiries and feedback of our customers through email and telephone calls
2. Send reports and SMS reminders to patients
3. Perform service recovery
4. Booking of OGD & Coloscopy appointments
5. Do triage (temperature checking)
6. Generate sales lead by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services (upselling)
7. Manage end-to-end workflow with retailers: order management and fulfilment operations.
8. Support other operation initiatives and administrative matters such as purchasing processes.
9. Manage and uphold the customer relations quality of our staff
10. Provide admin support to Sales & Marketing Executive
11. Telemarketing duties
12. Support service-related initiatives or projects to enhance customer experience
13. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

1. Min. GCE ‘N’ Level with at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service or Sales operations
2. Approachable and friendly- enjoy communicating with people from all walks of life and have great interpersonal skills
3. Ability to understand and resolve first level enquiries/ complaints in a professional and time manner
4. Good customer service and communication skills and ability to work independently and a team player
5. Proficient in MS words, excel
