Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to perform a combination of the following operational cleaning duties, across our commercial and residential sites as directed by your team leader or your supervisor. You are not expected to perform ALL the following tasks in one day, every day. You may be entrusted to lead a team of cleaners and their performance for the respective projects.

Housekeeping / Commercial Jobs

1. Responsible for fetching your fellow cleaning floaters to job sites and be hands-on in performing cleaning task and duties
2. Responsible for cleaning in and around residences including mopping, vacuuming, sweeping and spot cleaning glass and windows;
3. Responsible for cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, restocking dispensers and mopping tile floors;
4. Responsible for emptying and disposing trash, installing bin liners and trash bags;
5. Perform spot cleaning glass and windows, table surfaces and furniture;
6. Report on any damages, deficiencies or needs for repairs.

Deep / Periodic Cleaning (including Move In/Move Out cleaning)

1. Responsible for detailed cleaning tasks including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and buffing hard floors, fabric, carpet and upholstery;
2. Responsible for glass and windows cleaning, high dusting ie. dusting shelving, clearing cobwebs, cleaning air vents;
3. Responsible for scrubbing and disinfecting restrooms, sinks, faucets, underneath appliances and light fixtures with correct tools, equipment and chemicals;
4. Perform heavy cleaning tasks in adherence with standards and procedures required;
5. Perform maintenance and repair of tools, equipment and machines;
6. Report and record for repairs and replacements encountered if any.

Requirements:

1. Has a Class 3 driver’s license (Manual or Auto. Ideally both)
2. A good team player;
3. Open to receiving constructive feedback;
4. Has strong knowledge of using machines, chemicals and tools (preferred and training will be provided);
5. Well versed in workplace safety and health standards and practices;
6. Physically fit; Experience in cleaning sector a plus
7. Attentive and service-oriented.
