Responsibilities:

1. In-charged of refurbished air-conditioning – in stocks and out stocks, tagging of stocks and maintaining of refurbished air-conditioning database etc.
2. Liaising with recycle supplier
3. Liaise with Admin team for materials topping up
4. Daily stock take (in and out) of new air-conditioning units
5. Preparing of out-going air-conditioning units and materials
6. Housekeeping
7. Assisting the air-conditioning consultant and liaising with consultant for testing of refurbished air-conditioning systems
8. Sourcing for refurbished spare parts and updating Admin team of the status
9. Technician tools and vehicle tools issuance/purchase as and when required
10. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
2. Candidates with knowledge in air-conditioning systems will be preferred
3. Dynamic individual with interpersonal and communication skills
4. Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, good organizational and time management skills
5. Able to work under tight schedules with minimum supervision
6. Candidates with Class 3 driving license will be preferred
