Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
2. Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
3. Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
4. Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
5. Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
6. Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area.
   

Requirements:

1. Locals or PR only
2. Manual job / Hands-On required
3. Basic / General Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Equipment
4. Willingness and eagerness to learn new skills.
5. Must be able to communicate in English to handle customers.

Job Highlights:

1. Housing is provided
2. 5-days work week
3. Working hours: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
4. Off day on weekends

Location: island-wide

Salary Range: $1,300 - $1,800
