Responsibilities:

1. Drive and lead sales and marketing team in weekly meeting and quarterly sales review
2. Plan annual marketing activities including webinars, promotions and brand awareness
3. Promote medical services to prospective corporate clients and medical practitioners
4. Manage and acquire new accounts in various healthcare organizations
5. Provide clinical information and benefits of the designated portfolio to medical professionals
6. Work closely with the management team to achieve the organization's sales targets
7. Collaborate with front counter, imaging, finance departments to ensure seamless workflow
8. Create marketing collaterals such has brochures and corporate gifts
9. Develop strategy, implement and execute sales and marketing techniques to achieve revenue targets and profitability
10. Organize talks and luncheons to drive brand and product awareness among the medical professionals
11. Participate in tenders and research projects
12. Keep updated with product knowledge and stay informed of the competitors’ products
13. Build rapport with doctors, purchasers, and clinic staff and maintain excellent service level 

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess min. Diploma/Degree in any discipline
2. At least 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, 2 years’ in people management capacity
3. achievement-oriented, tech-savvy and ability to lead and motivate team members
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. A self-motivated, good team player and proficient in MS PowerPoint / Excel
