Responsibilities:

1. Assist to manage and process both personal and non-complex commercial lines insurance claims. Bulk of the claims processing are for foreign domestic worker insurance. 
2. Establish the resources necessary for the successful recovery in the event of a potential bond call for foreign domestic worker insurance. 
3. Review and follow up on claims regularly and advise the claimants accordingly. 
4. Service customers via phone calls and walk-ins to attend to their claims enquiries. 
5. Ensure all claims appeals from claimants are handled promptly and professionally.
6. Maintain proper filing of claims documentation. 
7. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ levels or Higher NITEC. 
2. Must have relevant insurance claims experience.
3. Must have insurance certifications i.e. BCP, PGI, ComGI & HI. 
4. Able to articulate well and have high self-integrity.   
5. Shows maturity in judgement. 
6. Independent and able to work under tight deadlines. 
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 
8. Only Singaporeans.
