Insurance Claims Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to all Commercial Lines insurance claims enquiries. 
  2. Provide guidance to clients on the claims procedures and supporting documentation required. 
  3. Assess the claims and negotiate claims settlement with insurers. 
  4. Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure work efficiency and customers’ satisfaction rate. 
Requirements:

  1. 3 – 5 years general insurance claims experience. 
  2. Must possess insurance related certifications i.e. PGI, ComGI, HI. 
  3. Attention to details and ability to multi-task. 
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
  5. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
  6. Able to work with minimum supervision. 
  7. Able to start immediately or within short notice.
  8. Only Singaporeans.
